The short version: order a video, get it back within 24 hours, and if it is not right we fix it or refund it. The details, in plain language:
The company

The service
RentalReels is a done-for-you video production service for short-term rental listings. You send a listing link or a set of photos, we produce the video, and you receive the finished files. It is not a self-serve application and there is no account: each order is a separate transaction covered by these terms.
Ordering and delivery
Delivery targets 24 hours from the moment we have what we need to start: a usable listing link, or a complete set of photos with a short brief. If what you send is incomplete or the brief is ambiguous, you hear from us within the hour instead of at the deadline, and the 24-hour clock runs from when the missing piece arrives rather than from your original order.
Revisions
One revision is included in the price and covers real changes: a different shot, a rewritten line, other music, slower pacing. Request it any time within seven days of delivery. It does not cover a second unrelated video or a change of listing.
Your content
You warrant that you own or otherwise hold the rights needed to use every photo, listing description, and piece of content you send us, and that producing a video from it does not infringe anyone else's rights. We do not verify ownership before producing your video; you are responsible for what you upload.
Your video and your rights
Once delivered, you receive full commercial usage rights to the finished video for your listing and your own marketing: your site, your social channels, paid ads, email, and any listing platform that accepts video, with no watermark and no attribution requirement. The files are yours to keep, and nothing stops working if you place no further order.
Payment and refunds
Payment is due at the time of order, by Stripe; card details never touch our own servers. If you are not happy with the result: say what is wrong and we redo it. One revision is included in the price and it covers real changes: a different shot, a rewritten line, other music, slower pacing. If the second cut is still not what you wanted, ask any time within seven days of delivery and you get a full refund. No form to fill in and nobody will try to talk you out of it. The seven days run from the moment the files land in your inbox, not from the moment you paid.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, total liability for any claim related to RentalReels is capped at the amount you paid for the order the claim relates to, and indirect damages (lost profits, lost bookings, lost data) are excluded. Nothing here limits liability the law does not allow limiting.
Termination
Either side can decline further orders at any time. An order already in production is completed or refunded under the policy above; there is no ongoing subscription to cancel.
Disputes (United States)
If you order from the United States, any dispute we cannot resolve informally is settled by binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, in San Francisco, California or by videoconference, and both sides waive any right to bring or join a class action. Small-claims court remains available for claims that qualify, and you can opt out of this arbitration section entirely by emailing us within 30 days of your order. If you order from the European Union or anywhere else outside the United States, this section does not apply to you: disputes go to the courts, and nothing in these terms takes away protections granted by the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Delaware, United States. If you use the service as a consumer, this choice does not take away protections granted to you by the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
